How it works

Three steps. The first two cost you nothing and ask nothing of you.

01

We build it

Your new site is written from what your current site already says — services, service area, contact details. Nothing invented, no padded claims. A human checks every fact on every page before you see it.

02

You look it over

You get a private link — visible only to you — with your old site and the new one side by side. Take your time. Show your wife, your foreman, your kid who "does computers."

03

Keep it — or don't

Want it? $499 to launch on your own domain, first year of hosting included. Then $19/month for hosting plus small content changes whenever you need them.

Don't want it? Reply "no thanks" and we take it down. That's the end of it.

Why is it this cheap?

Fair question. A custom site normally runs $3,000 and up. Here's the whole trick:

We built a custom pipeline that does the heavy lifting — layout, structure, drafting copy from your existing site. Then a human goes through every page and checks it. Machine does the labor, person does the judgment. That's it. No other catch.

  • No contracts. Cancel anytime with an email.
  • You own your domain. We never register it in our name.
  • No upsells. $499 once, $19/month. Those are the only two numbers.

What a rebuild looks like

Same business, same facts, same phone number. Just built properly.

Who's behind this

Two of us, both called Sam. We're UK-based and we've spent our careers building software and industrial-trade businesses — the unglamorous kind that answer the phone and ship on time.

Somersites is run by Pricing Logic Limited, a registered UK company. We're real, findable, and we answer our own email. If something about this feels off to you, look us up first — we'd do the same.

Straight answers

Is this a scam?

It reads like one, we know — that's why the site comes first and the money comes second. You see the finished work at a private link before anyone asks you for a card number. Pricing Logic Limited is a registered UK company; look us up before you decide anything.

Who owns the domain?

You do. If you already have one, we point the new site at it and it stays in your name. If you don't, we help you register one — in your name, on your account. If you ever leave, the domain goes with you.

What if I already have a webmaster?

Keep them. If you take the new site, we can hand your webmaster the files and they host it wherever they like — or we host it for the $19/month and they focus on other things. Your call.

Can you change things on the site?

Yes. Small content changes — hours, new services, a photo of a recent job — are included in the $19/month. Email us what you want changed and it's usually done within two business days.

What about my email and Google Maps listing?

Untouched. Your email keeps working exactly as it does today — we only point the website part of your domain at the new site. If your Google Business listing links to your site, that link keeps working too.

How do I cancel?

Send us an email that says "cancel." No phone maze, no retention offer. Your site stays up through the period you've paid for, you keep your domain, and we'll give you the site files if you want them.
